He uses many modalities depending on what is called for in that moment. He is skilled in pain management, sports medicine, tunia, sotai, ChiNeiTsang (Abdominal Qigong Massage), 5 Element, Japanese Style and MWF (Medicine Without Form).
Daniel’s approach is in line with that of a spiritual warrior; focusing on building strength from the inside out. This philosophy led him through his study of acupuncture, all forms of Chinese Medicine, herbs, Tai Chi and Qigong, physical fitness, Buddhism, Sufism and meditation. He integrates all of this into his health practice, Espiritu Health, and seeks to provide skilled and caring service to all of his patients with the goal of improving their overall well-being and to provide them the physical and spiritual strength to pursue their goals.
I was drawn to health and fitness early on. To this day it is my mission to be a health care provider who is committed to his own health and fitness in mind, body and spirit.
Daniel Espiritu, LAC
